most recent experience being a UI-UX at
Ernst & Young (EY). Designing data-driven, user-centered
digital products across B2B and B2C platforms. Expertise in UX
research, interaction design, usability testing, accessibility
(WCAG), A/B testing, and design systems. Proven ability to
improve conversion rates, engagement, and user satisfaction
through research-backed design decisions.
Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with
cross-functional teams and global stakeholders, including
enterprise clients such as American Express, Honda, and
Fareportal.
